I provide personalized clinical herbal consultations, with over 16 years of dedicated herbal education and practice, I integrate traditional plant medicine with modern clinical understanding. In 2024, I graduated with honours in Clinical Herbalism, completing advanced training in materia medica, physiology, pathology, herbal pharmacology, and formulation. My work is also supported by extensive nutritional education, recognizing the essential role nutrition plays in long-term health and resilience. Throughout my training and career, I have had the opportunity to work alongside world-class naturopathic doctors, respected herbalists, acclaimed authors, and permaculture educators, gaining valuable insight into integrative healthcare and ecological approaches to wellness. Combining formal clinical training with a lifetime of practical and ancestral plant knowledge, I develop personalized herbal and nutritional strategies that support the body’s natural ability to restore balance, strengthen vitality, and promote sustainable wellbeing.
